Multiple select listbox

Hi,

I tried putting a multiple select listbox in my access form but I cant put values in it. I want to put values of a table (i.e a field in the table) in the list.



I have selected the microsoft forms 2.0 listbox..

1> How can I put values in it?

2> Is there a way to make the access listbox a multiselect one?

You put values in the listbox via the properties of the listbox and the Row Source item. You can do it via 1 of 3 ways (in the Row Source Type drowpdown. Query/Table (the default) is so you can select the three ... next to Row Source and create a query based on a table. You can make multiple columns if you need to (by also changing the # of columns and putting in the widths of each column).



To make it a multi-select list box, change the Multi-Select item of the list box to extended.
