Now i have a Q. how can i show this information on other site?

Or, how can i show any code of my site ib other site?

( i have no ASPtear installed..)

You need a RSS Feed Reader/Parser

What code should i give to the other site webmaster (his server works only with txt\html files... no asp\php) to show my page in his site...

You could try XMLHTTP.

Otherwise they would probably have to an Iframe or similar.

he shows me ' ??? ' instead of letters...

You could try setting the character encoding in the HTML.
