Connection Aborted

A previously working part of an application (code to upload an image and store it in a database) has suddenly started giving "Connection aborted" errors. How should I go about trying to work out what is causing this? Is there any more information I can give that would help you tell me?

I fixed it - the file was above the limit allowed by the script, for some reason it wasn't giving a nice error message.
