It will stutter a lot with BF2 and FEAR. I'd recommend a x700 or higher for those two games. It may handle the likes of Doom3 and HL2 at medium settings, but those other 2 need a whole lot of power.

how about if is Pentium D , Centrino or Turion ? doesnt matter as long as it has x700?

I would say so. There are other factors too, but most the Video is the only thing that you can't upgrade later.
