I have an application that I am putting into an existing package. Unfortunatly I am having real problems sending info from one page to another. The package was never designed to do this.
I have heard of systems that maintain state by using a database and storing the session id, which page you are on, what information is being passed from page to page.
I am using SQL Server 2000 and ASP. Sorry I cannot be more informative. I have heard some websites do this sort of thing by sending a set of 30 characters to teh database on each change of page.
This is about the end of my knowledge. Does anyone know what these systems are and where I can read more about them? It is 11pm here and I will not be able to look at site again till morning
