laptop cooling

hey, does anyone know any tricks for keeping a laptop cool?? i cant afford to buy anything but there must be some ways to try and cool it down.

Put a small board under the back of the computer to lift it up to enabel air flow.

if you can afford just like 15-25 bucks, i would reccomend getting a cooling pad. i got one and i swear by them. they really do make a HUGE difference, and they arent loud at all(at least not mine anyway.) hope this helps.

u culd try making ur own homemade with like 2 pieces of cardboard soem holes in it and an ice pack. or im sure u culd come up with something more interesintg.

ice pack? creative, but that could produce condensation, which could be sucked in by the fans, and u don't want any water inside ur lappy......... but then again, chances of that are very very low.

just prop up the back, that should help quite a bit.

are the fans on the bottom or are there just vents on the side and back?

there is one fan on the bottom (intake) and one fan at the back
