Between the powerbook and ibook (laptop help)

Alright I have a dilemma, I can either get the Powerbook 12 inch/80gb hdrive/756mb of ram/superdrive, or any iBook essentially because of the price. I'm limited to like 1800, I could techincally spend more but I feel bad, however I will if there is like an amazing deal that's only 200 dollars more or so. Any other recommendations, because I've heard that the apple notebooks are amazing.

Definitely the powerbook, but if you can wait for mactels...
