Hi ya guys,
Over the past few days my laptop has started to, for no reason, just have this white lines go down my screen.. They are usually real think and a lot of them.. It's kinda hard to describe.. If anyone has any idea what it might be it'd be a huge help.. Also if I open Mozilla it stops.. But usually if I goto another web page (other than homepage ) it starts again, and it always starts again if I goto a page with a dark blue/black back drop.
Could be a failing graphics card. Do you think you could get a picture of it? EIther try with printscreen or use a camera...

Theres a print screen.. I can't tell if it's showing it or not because the white lines are kinda disguising the other white lines.. Heh. Lemme go look for my camera.

Here's it from my camera.. The kindar gray lines are actually BRIGHT white, my flash I think just kinda grayed em out.. Hehe.

FRIED CARD, i had somethint like that on an old pc with an generic 8mb pci graphic card.
dots everywhere, lines all over. i know is the card cuz same thing on different pcs installed.
is the monitor ON in that pic or you just flash on it?

Yeah it is.
The monitor is perfectly normal in terms of brightness, that pic is just an illusion.. If it's a fried card..
I better be under warranty.

You can rule out the monitor by hooking up a external one

Yeah, try an external monitor. But I'm quite sure that'll be your GPU...
