Whats the difference? (And is it a good board?)

What is the difference, other than the "C"?

Also, would this be a good choice for me who is going Q9450 + HD3870 or 8800GT and am on a slight budget?

The P35C supports DDR3 RAM.

That's the only board I've seen that supports both DDR2 and DDR3. It looks like two DIMM slots are keyed to allow DDR3 memory.

I feel like I've seen a couple others, but I could be wrong. As for tuxify, I'm no expert but the consensus seems to be that DDR3 just isn't worth it right now. Of course, if this board supports DDR2 as well, then you can consider it "future proofing"

Click here for the memory support list for the motherboard. It supports DDR3 speeds up to 1333 MHz. It's good that the board supports DDR3, but I wouldn't buy it simply due to that feature. If it supported speeds > 1333, then it might be worth it.
