So....which one from these two is better?
I'm putting in e6550 (maybe e6850)
i'm planning to OC and the articles i read so far gave good point for these two for their OC capability...but, which one do you prefer?

Isn't the Gigabyte running on a newer chipset, the P35 compared to the Asus which is running on the P965, it would be a more fair but harder to answer comparison, if you said Asus P5K and the Gigabyte.

In terms of Ocing ability, Asus and Gigabyte are head to head.
However, many ppl said Asus MB are generally hotter than Gigabyte + RAM are picky.
Also, P35 is the later chipset than P965
