Upgrading to P35,45nm Core,Rams

P35 Neo3 ( Looking at MSI P35 Neo series - Other advices are welcome )

Crucial Balistix PC2-6400 800MHz 1GB DDR2 x 2

( unsure about other rams value or high speed ?)

Q9450 or E8400 ( After it release )

Currently will de using the D925

Other parts will be my below Spec at my sign . = ))

Mainly using the system for gaming and also looking forward to OC the D925 or Q9450 or E8400

Looks good, I havent personally used the Neo3, although the P5K (P35) motherboard I have is excellent, and highly recommend it. However why don't you get the X38 now that it's out?

The X38 is out of my burget = )) . im wondering whats the different between value and high speed ram . and also 800mhz or 1066mhz ? .

Just go with some mid-ranged DDR2 800 RAM. That way you can overclock them fairly well if you feel like it, without being held back by cheap budget RAM.
