Can't decide due to my newbe-ness. Can you help me pick one or is there a better choice other then these 3? I will be using a E8750 3.0 Conroe cpu, Corsair XMS DDR2 800, evga 8800gt.

If those are all in your budget, then definitely go for the X38 board. The P35 chipset is excellent as well, but the X38 is just more luxurious and will help overclocking greatly.
