would my mother board support amd phenom?

I have a Asus M2N-E SLI nForce motherboard and i want to upgrade to the amdquadphenom cpu. would that mother board support it ?

is 600watts psu good enough?

It's fine for the CPU and motherboard, but it depends what video card your using mainly.
