Yes the mother board is socket 775 and that heatsink is compatible with socket 775

I meant is there enough space. I know there is enough space in the case (small case but it fits just) but I'm worried about the size of the northbridge heatsink.

I would go with a zalman 9700 instead, it will lift the fan up a bit and should clear. That fan is not a good option in my opinion, it's not the best cooler. But yeah it looks like it will fit.

The zalman 9700 is just too tall to fit in the case. Are there any fans from other manufacturers that might work? The case is an antec nsk1300 btw. The main thing is keep it quiet. My brother had one of those fans and it was like a whisper. My current computer sounds like a jet engine.
