Can't decide on mobo...

I'm new to building computers. this will be my first one. It looks to me that everything is pretty straight forward (in terms of purchasing parts) except for the mobo... There are soooo many options to choose from, and they all seem pretty similar. im going to be using this computer for moderate gaming, and will be occupying the PCIx16 slot, i will be using an AMD Athalon 64 X2 4600+ 2.4ghz processer, and i would like this mobo to have a fairly overclocking-friendly BIOS. My budget is around 100$ give or take 20$. i need it to be dual channel memory capable, and have at least 2 SATA ports. Thanks.

I would look at Asus motherboards. I had one that ran fine for years with very few issues. My next upgrade (which hopefully won't be for several years) will be an Asus motherboard.

Those look like some good choices. Even though I plan to use an Ati graphics card, i can still use nVidia northbridge, right? And btw, how good of overclockers are those mobos?

just a suggestion, huge rebate, and an awesome board. i have it myself. i havent tried overclocking very much with it yet but it seems to have many nice features for it and it appears to be very easy.

edit: upon reason some reviews on newegg it seems to be a beast of an overclocker, and very easy to do so.

It will work fine unless you want to run Crossfire with 2 ATI cards. Both have pretty good overclocking features.
