cpu too cool?

hi i have the cpu in my sig and i have ocd it to 3.15ghz ,i dont think i have a problem but i have installed 4 120mm fans in the side door of the case and now my cpu runs at 22c idle and at 34c under load my abit utillity has warning in red written on the cpu temp and if i run the utillity for a min or two it shuts down my pc, i used msconfig to stop the utillity from running and whent into bios to make sure shutdown was set in there and my pc seems to be running fine, i ran 3dmark 06 and got a score of 12225. so do you think everything is ok.

Use some more programs like core temp and everest and take a peek in your BIOS and see if your temperatures are what abit says they are. If so, and if you overclok is completly stable, then its a problem in that abit program and id uninstall it
