Configuration problem?

I have used cdonts for enquiry and Its working fine when I checked. But when my client submitted the enquiry form, its not being received. Is this the problem with client's system configuration or any problem in host server? Should I check any settings in the host server?

Check the C:InetpubmailrootBadmail folder on the server having the problem to see if there are any files in there.
