Computer won't power up

I put in all the hardware in my case, but when i flip the switch on the PSU, nothing works. The OCZ Stealthxstream's fan doesn't spin, and neither does the motherboard or anything else. I have the PSU in an Antec 900. Do I have to turn it on using the case's power switch? If so, where do I connect it on the P35-DS3R motherboard. I can't seem to find where I'm supposed to connect the two pin cable.

before doing anything u should check if the motherboard is well aligned . that happened to me once, the motherboard wasn't aligned and it got grounded. it was touching the motherboard tray. Make sure all the screws are in the center of every hole .

Double-check all your MoBo connections. Although this sounds very simplistic (I apologize, not trying to demean), make sure the PSU itself is on via the switch on the PSU itself. Also, are the Front Panel pugs on the right pins? I've seen folks mix them up a few times in the past.

Go through your Mobo's manual again and verify that the wires are on the correct pins. If your manual is lacking detailed instructions, you can use a paper clip to determine which two of the pins are for the 'On' button.

The case power switch will need to plug into the motherboard. Instructions for the location will be in your motherboard manual.
