using spare fan

hi all,



i have a spare 92x92 case fan i was thinking of using in my case because my gfx card is artifacting.



if i plug this fan into a spare 4 pin molex connection from my psu is there anyway i could control that fan or would it run at 100% speed all the time?

You can hook a switch up to it, but you need a fan controller to adjust how many rpms it will spin at.

If it's plugged into the 4 Pin Molex on your PSU it will run at 100% all the time

i might get one of those fan controllers then and add it in.
