How Often Do You Clean Your Interior?

How often do you take out dust of your computer, rearrange cables because they dont look quite right the way there put, etc...

Myself, never, I have a laptop.

around about every month i clean out my rig,i would love to re-arange my wires but they are not long enough so theyre everywhere basicly
