Which of these PSUs should I get?

I found this in beautiful prices. Which of these should I get to power an E6750 OC'ed to 3.0, 2gb DDR2 RAM, 8800 GT, a SATA hard drive, and x3 120mm and x1 200mm fan?

Id go for the ocz but the 700w version.

It's one of the best psu's ive ever had and used, it's so quiet even under load you don't hear it and you feel it's quality built and it's real nice to.

With the rebate, I'd say the Antec.



I also don't see the need for 700W, unless SLI is a consideration.
