Cele D's @66C idle !!

So i decided to just fire up my Everest home edition software and had a look at the system temps and my CPU is at 66C!! and thats only with a browser and music playing. I'm getting a funny feeling my heat sink and fan are on the way out. I couldn't find anything on the average Cele D temps, all thou i do know they run hotter than most.

Anyone got any Advice?

EDIT:

Its never been OC'd so its on its stock speeds

Nice temperature

Everest can be off, so I'd say try... CMOS temperatures.

Take your heatsink off, blow some compressed air onto it to get rid of the dust and then re apply some AC 5 with it

I just use a tissue, but the best way to do it is to get some proper TIM cleaner or use some sort of alcohol and a lint free cloth

Prime 95 and F@H are all great ones.

I'd suggest Arctic Silver 5 and just cleansing alcohol to get rid of the old paste. Make sure you clean it ALL off. One line through the middle for dual cores and quads, and a single dot in the middle for single cores.
