Electricity Bill??

I have a computer with a 600watt PSU and was just curious how much they affect the electricity bill.. i use it about 4 hours a day..

if it is not on, more than that you wont really notice it.. but on another not about electrity, I just changed to the CFL (Compact flourescent lights) and my bill went from ~$60 to $33 a month! I never knew it would pay of that amount, I figured 2-3 dollars a month. But these things paid for themselves in 1/2 of a month. I changed 10 bulbs total!

I beleive it shouldn't cost more then a couple bucks a month, maybe 10? I know a monitor uses about 1 dollar a month if you leave it on (sleep mode)

Keep in mind that just because you have a 600W PSU doesn't mean your system will actually draw 600W. If your components only need 200W, your PSU will only provide 200W.
