Also, if I was to stick another fan at the other end of the duct on the front, so I'd have:
MOBO - Fan 1 - Duct - Fan 2 - Front of Case
If Fan 1 was a higher CFM that FAN 2 would it cause any problems?

Those are pretty good fans, nothing extraordinary about them though. 45-60cfm is a pretty good air flow rate for 80-92mm fans.

No i think the higher CFM should be Fan 2 anyway to blow more cool air onto the heatsink

Fan 2 is the one at the front of the case, did you mean the one on the inside, fan 1?
