Hey all. Does anyone knows why is there not a single mid tower or full tower desktop chassis from prebuilt manufacturers and why do they uses mini tower instead? I want my pc case to be as big as my friends as they said it was suck. I wanna get a new desktop and rig them off with my new case but just can't seem to find any case from dell or hp with that such big cases. Somebody out there please help?
Some examples of branded mid/full tower would be the dell xps720 and the alien area51. These are relatively high end gaming machines. Although building one yourself is more cost effective.....but anyway that is how I would correctly answer your present question.

So you mean you already have a computer and need a bigger case? or you are looking to purchase a new computer? If you need a bigger case i would reccommed building a custom computer yourself for cheaper and with better parts than you could ever get out of a prebuilt computer, and then you can pick out any case you want. The only other way would be to purchase a prebuilt and then buy a new case and swap the parts.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am looking into buying a new desktop prebuilt systems either from dell, hp or acer. One concern of a custom build is the hassle when in need of warranty/servicing as parts are from different vendors and I have the fear of screwing up the entire system. I prefer the idea of having onsite warranty which keeps my mind at ease.
So what do you think or am I putting my thoughts too much in the wrong way?

Well, theres not much you can do with buying a prebuilt system and not vioding warranties. Its basicly "what you see is what you get" unless you get a extremely overpriced Dell XPS or alienware

Ok. So if I get a custom, are there any places where they can have it assembled for me with os installed and provides troubleshooting onsite?

If you were to build it youself all the parts are warrantied through the manufacture. If you wanted a computer built you may be able to go to a local computer shop and have it put together, but 90% of the time they wont because they want to make their money though you buying the parts from them. i think cyberpowerpc.com is alright, but to be honsted building yourself isn't hard at all and is the best and cheapest way you can get it done. Most people after building their first computer almost have "too" much fun doing so lol.
most people including myself buy parts from newegg.com

Is there a assembling fee at cyberpower pc? And does newegg have a store locator?

Newegg is online only, you will pay twice the amount in a retail store. you use cyberpower's configurator and after you select what you want it will give you a total, so the labor is worked into the price.
