That's another power supply I'm looking at. Anyone know anything about it?

And what does ATX12V / EPS12V mean? Will it be compatible with any ATX motherboard?

I don't know what EPS12v means, but yes it will be compatible with any ATX motherboard.

That's a pretty popular budget one.

EPS12V refers to the presence of an 8pin CPU power connector, which is required on a lot of highend motherboards. Don't bother looking at the Compatibility section on a newegg listing though, it's not useful. If you need a PSU with an 8 pin power connector just look at the Connectors section - look for something with 4+4pin, 4/8pin, or, on higher-end PSUs, 4+8pin.

And yes, it's fine for an ATX motherboard
