Cpu Fan Speed

Hello all! I currently have my cpu fan speed set to where it adjusts as the temperature of the cpu goes up. At idle it sits about 500RPM.



Would it dramatically reduce the fan life if I were to run the fan speed at max instead of having it set to adjust with cpu temp?



I don't have my computer on all the time, maybe 2 hours a day max. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance!

For only seeing 2hrs. daily I wouldn't worry too much either way there. Instead of seeing set at the highest speed simply set at something mid way.
