Could I sell...

... a 400watt PSU that came with my case to a friends, for his PC, it doesn't have high end parts in it, I know it has a 9600Pro and 1GB of RAM, but I don't know anything else, it'd be Ok, right?

Probably, I've got a P4 + GeForce4 Ti4200 running off a 250W PSU.

I'm only asking for £10 ($20) to give him it and put it in, think it's a good deal...

Good price. Might wanna ask your friend if he want the Earthwatts instead of the case PSU. After all case PSU's usually put out half of what they really claim.
