I know it doesn't say anything about quads, thats why I was asking. If it works with the Core 2 Duo, I was assuming it would work with a Core 2 Quad.

I ordered it, hopefully it fits on my mobo with my chipset heat sinks.

well if you go to the details it would say the socket size so in case if you ever need to know again that's what you can check out to see if it's compatible or not =D

I ordered this from newegg thinking it worked with AM2, but it didn't, so I had to get the 9700 LED. It's a really great CPU Fan.
I kinda applied the thermal paste that came with the HS/F half-assed, so I'm sure if I re-apply it, it should be cooler.
