Pci cooler?

Hey all,

im probably going to pick up a Pci cooler tommorow when i finish work.

because i want my system to be cooler.

do you think sticking a pci cooler in the bottom free Pci slot will help keep my gfx card cool?

Pci type fans don't offer much. If that was a pci type video card then sticking one of those in the slot next to it might help. But for the new model DX10 capable card looking at a better cpu cooler and better air flow in the entire case unless using a water cooler would see far better results.

I once put one in next to a sound card on one old build and simlpy ended up tossing it into the recycle bin! Those are generally a total waste of time since they really don't any air around.
