only quiet fans i used is the zalman quiets! installed 6 of those in one case with a zalman 9500 at2 and clock the processor to 3.6 and idle temp is only 30c and load 54c. can't even hear them. so quiet.

Get SilenX 120's too. S-Flex are too loud, inefficient and just plain ugly.....

The silenx 120 are our of stock, and the scythe are a lot more quiet than the silenX the only con is that they don't move that much air compare to the silenX but they still work more than enough

id say the coolermaster fans with the more rounded blades and the floating rubber mount or whatever theyre calling it.

so quiet its crazy.

the noctua are supposed to be the best cfm/noise ratio fans, id look into the 1000rpm 120mm version

OMG....The Silenx are so much quieter, I have the 90CFM SilenX and I can't hear it over the Antec Tricools on low.

90CFM + 18dba = SilenX
33.5CFM + 8.7dba = S Flex

Ratios

5CFM/1dba SilenX
3.85CFM/1dba S Flex

I've work with both crazy, the quietest is the scythe is so quiet that i could have 10 running on max and still hear nothing, but if you're looking for quiet/air flow the silenx are your best choice
