Which would be the better choice? 1GB DDR266 or 512MB DDR333

1x512MB DDR266

1x512MB DDR333



Should i run both of them at 266MHz or just the 512MB at 333MHz?



And no, i won't be upgrading because DDR ramis expensive...Well maybe later on.

Do you already have a stick of RAM that you are adding this to? If so the slower of the 2 will be the speed used for both. I would suggest going with 1GB over 512MB because less paging will give you more improvement in speed vs slightly faster RAM
