My web-hosting server is gonna be running 24/7 soon. The 20Gb IDE Maxtor that I have in it just is too loud, even in my closet... I am looking for something quite and I plan to store just a few files on it so around 80-160Gb would be fine.. I dunno what brand is quieter.. So just make a few suggestions...
Thanks
I am pretty sure any new hdd will be quite enough.

You can try one of those hard drive silencing enclosures, they ought to kill some of the noise.

Seagate Barracuda Hard Disk Drives are the most quietest hard drives I've ever come across in my life. Full load on my 250GB Seagates is very very quiet, cannot hear it at all. Same cannot be said about my Western Digital in this computer, but it is 4 years old, so that could be a factor.

I agree, Seagate drives are about as quite as they come. My previous one had issues, but I have older ones that I would swear weren't running unless I put my ear right to it!
Sometimes if you simply google, people will do tests and compare audio levels of drives.
