Delete a partition without formatting on an external drive

My western digital passport has two partitions now, one 55.89GB partition, and one 4MB partition. I don't really care about the space, it's just annoying when both partitions pop up. Can I disable the 4MB one? Or just delete it? If necessary, I can format, but only as second choice.

BTW, I believe both partitions are FAT32.

Open disk management (right click on mycomputer->pick manage->expand the storage tree->click disk management). From there right click on the partition and pick delete.
