How to off load MP3 files from Windows ME computer ??

What is the least expensive and simplist way to off load MP3 files from a Windows ME computer and load onto a Windows XP computer? Do I need a driver cd? How is it done? Does it take a long time? Thanks.

Yes an external drive would work as well. It will take a while to copy everything back and forth.
