how to install a ide hard drive

how do i install a ide hard drive in my dell dimension 8300? i read one tutorial on a website but i didnt get it. i dont wanna have to connect to to my other hard drive i wan tit to b a completly seperate hard drive. im using it for pro tools, im installing pro tools on the boot drive and im using this to record on. by the way its a seagate

2 IDE drives can be connected to the same cable. The drives aren't really connected. All you have to do is make sure you set the jumper correctly.
