HELP! samsung wont reply to my e mail!

im trying to RMA my dead hard drive to them. i back up all my date on an external hard drive that my friend payed for. the plan was to replace the hard drive copy all my date back on to it, then return the external to get our money back. i only got like, 20 more days left till the external HDD needs to go back so i can give my friend his money back. why wont samsung respond to me?
