How much can I benefit from a dual fan hard drive cooler? ..or is it a gimmick..?
My case temp sticks around 30-35c... is there any point to picking up a couple of dual fan HDD coolers, it'd run me about $15 for both shipped.
This is the type of cooler I'm referring to.
what are you HDD temps?
Speedfan can help determine that one.
If they're higher than they should be, I'd say go for it.
If they're in normal range, who cares :d

I guess what I was asking is; is the $15 pricetag (for two of them) justified? ..or are they useless.. regardless of enviroment.

An 80mm fan will keep the drive at 30-35C easily. Unless the drives are running very hot theres not much point to getting HDD coolers.
