My BIOS doesnt tell me anything, its weird. My old motherboard did.

On post does it say? on most mobos its like slot 1 and 3 or 2 and 4..

Just get CPUz. I know most say it during POST, but CPUz will also tell you.

Download CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpu-z-140.zip



and unzip the files, open CPU-Z and go into the "Memory" tab and you'll see ether Single or Dual in the channel's tab on your right.

I downloaded CPU-Z and it says its running in dual channel but it also says its DDR3 when its only DDR2. Any ideas?

Nah, its not DDR3 its only DDR2. Plus i dont think my board supports DDR3 anyways. Heres a link to the stuff i bought.
