Gaming RAM, is this the best bang for my buck?

I am building a gaming machine, 680i MOBO, E6600, 8800GTS (640MB), etc.

Anyway, that is not even the question. I am just wondering if there is better RAM for my needs. Is it worth it to buy a different brand? If so, why? Do I really need to spend the extra money for 1066mhz RAM or should 800mhz be fine (That is, can the E6600 really even take advantage of 1066mhz RAM)?

But you're not giving me any real reasoning behind those suggestions. I will either be getting really tight timings on 800mhz ram, or 5-5-5-15 or 5-5-5-12 timings on 1066mhz ram. But I want to know if 1066 is really worth it, based on my other specs. If it is, then within the 1066 variety, what is the best RAM for my buck? If 800 is good enough, then I'll obviously go for some better timings than the 1066.

IMO, 800MHz RAM would be good for gaming computer and even overclocking... some people I have seen was using 667MHz RAM without noticeable difference compared to 800MHz...

All mother boards with 680i doesn't support over 2gb just read the reviews and you'll see it, even if it says that can support up to 8gb it doesn't really do it mostly because of the drivers.

I can't find anything that suggests that my MOBO will limit me to 2 GB of RAM.
