HDD Problem

My 500gb hdd is acting weird.



When its attached, i try manually copying stuff over, and it says like can ot transfer file or something...



Acronis is being weird.









Any suggs.?

does it say something about file delay transfer? ive had something similar to that. can you give a little more info please

Could my computer start up REAL slow and run processes really slow and lag during usual tasks?
