now what

HI all not sure if this right sopt for this but does any know what i should try after 10 minns or so playing a game comp freezes up i sometimes get error says IRQL-not-less-or-equal? thanks

Did this happen when you tried playing a new game, or has it been happening with every game you have?

And, do you use a game controller? Maybe a joypad or a joystick. If so, unplug it, and load the game up. If this error has started appearing for a new game, seems to be that gamepads/sticks are the cause.

If it happens with all games, uninstall your GPU drivers. Then reinstall. And, run Memtest to check your memory.

EDIT: It could be Norton antivirus. My guess is there's loads of possible cause. Go through these search results, and try each possible remedy.
