Booting From a SATA Drive

Is there anything I need to worry about when setting up a computer that boots from a SATA drive? Any newer motherboard should be able to do that pretty easy through some settings in the bios, right?

Any new board should be fine. On some older ones you needed to get SATA drivers for your chipset before you could install windows
