Confused on hard drive installation

Hello all. I just ordered my two hard drives- West Dig SE16 250 GB Sata, and a West Dig Raptor 75 GB 10000 RPM. I'm a little confused on the best way to install them (RAID?) on an EVGA 680 MB. Could someone explain if I use 1 cable or two? My system will have a few games on it I don't really need lots of storage. Anyone who has worked with this MB before and has any tips I would appreciate hearing them. Thx.

In order to do RAID you need at least 2 HDD`s the same capacity and speed unlike the two that you mentioned.

I suggest you read this...
RAID 101

Thx ghost. So just to make sure I'm understanding this, I'm installing these two drives in a master/slave fashion and no Raid, correct? With the Raptor being master and the other being slave? Sorry for the noobish question's but this is my first build and the only way I learn is hands-on.

there is no master or slave for sata disks. just set it in the bios to which disk to boot first.

Thx Kof. So I would want the Raptor to be the first disk to boot right? And the drive's are connected with SATA cable's right to the MB?
