Ram timmings

I have CORSAIR XMS 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 500 (PC 4000)



What timings should I run under the bios, I have a ASUS A8N-SLI Premium Mobo. There are a lot of options to change under memory and im not sure what to run

It's rated at 3-4-4-8 (CAS-tRC-tRP-tRAS) with a vdimm of 2.75V.
