Windows XP first boot installation.

I just ordered new parts for a computer, including a Raptor X 150gig, and a Seagate barra 320gig. And what I originally was going to do was install the OS and all my programs(games, apps, etc etc) on my Main SATA HDD which would be the raptor. While having my seagate on secondary SATA for music and documents. This is going to be my first build, and just making sure if this is ok. Thanks in advance.
