Just purchased a new pc... it has no O/S so i'll have to purchase one..

4gb of memory is overkill.



and 8500gt is a sad excuse of a vid card if you want to game, seeing as you have some decent ram and a quad core.



i cant beleive you bought it in sli, lol not even as good as one 8600 gts i dont think

just checked and a pair of 8500 gt's is a little better than a 8600 gt, so its worse than a 8600 gts. oh my



how much did you pay?

The other graphics cards are too expensive at the moment.... and it can be easily upgraded i suppose. It doesnt say the make of the PSU..



Would this system be sufficient enough to run a game like crysis?

i'm hoping to get one when they come down in price... they should do when the 9 series is released...

I agree with the others, it's a very nice computer minus the graphics cards. I don't think it'll run Crysis very well. And do find out the brand of the PSU. Anyways, when you get the money, change the graphics card and possibly the PSU and you'll be all ready to game.

yeah they should come down,The 8800GTS SuperClocked 320MB is currently ?97.30 inc VAT on Ebuyer at the moment which i think is a great price.
