Uping the voltage to load XP

I just read on newegg that the ram i have needs increased voltage to load XP, this is my problem I have been havin all along. Do u know how to go about doing this?

I have an Asus M2n deluxe mobo and OCZ ram.

If you know how much of an increase it needs, just go to the BIOS and raise it to what it's rated for.
