Decent overclocking memory?

Since I plan to buy conroe and since I am aware of its overclockability, I was just wondering if this is decent overclocking RAM to get a good overclock (400MHz on the Processor minimum without needing to set a memory divider and change timings.) Will this ram suit my needs?

(RAM is one of my weak spots in computer knowledge even if I read RAM 101 )

Preator's 101s are slightly dated, as in, they dont have PC2-1066 yet, i suggest investing in that

I agree with Ku-Sama, when the Core 2 Duo comes out, DDR2-667 will be considered "slow". I would invest in either DDR2-800 or DDR2-1066 memory.

Ooo...well I don't want to invest in something too expensive, just something decent for overclocking, decent timings, and nowhere over $350 CAD.
