But I would never use a maxtor hard drive. The are the worst drives around.

Maybe around $800, depends on the quality of the case/PSU.

Over powered processor with underpowered graphics, not sure what the purpose of this rig would be.

But then the GPU would be over kill for some servers like file sharing.
